I build the planning systems that organisations cannot buy and do not know how to commission. For 27 years, every business I have entered has become tool-centric — because the tools did not exist, so I built them. Twice, I have delivered enterprise-wide centralised planning platforms that unified fragmented ERP landscapes into single sources of truth, working as a solo builder with AI augmentation.

Senior Planner → Systems Builder
Built the DOT (Demand & Operations Toolkit) system from scratch — a 7-layer planning architecture that became the operational backbone for supply chain visibility across 970+ materials. 231 Power BI visuals. 155 DAX measures. Complete VBA + Power Query/M-code engine. KIM Pegging Engine for automated material allocation. Dual deployment: local development + SharePoint enterprise distribution. AI-augmented development using Claude — equivalent to the output of a 3–5 person BI team. Integrated SAP ECC/APO data with custom ETL pipelines.
S&OP / Supply Chain Consulting
Delivered S&OP frameworks and planning process design across four mid-market businesses. Each engagement produced operational tooling and governance structures that outlasted the consulting period.
Group Demand Planning Manager
Group-level role, three management tiers above operating level. Built a centralised VBA engine harvesting 6 ERPs across 7 brands. Auto-generated supplier orders across all divisions. Branded dashboards per division with CEO-level S&OP decks and mandatory sign-off governance. Led multi-site planning team across VIC and NSW. Extended planning framework to New Zealand operations. This was the prototype for everything that followed at Saputo — same pattern, larger scale, AI-augmented.
Demand Planner / Process Manager
Drove $15M stock reduction through systematic demand planning process improvement. Built planning tools and reporting that became the foundation for the Group-level appointment that followed.
