Profile
Planning systems architect with 27 years of experience delivering centralised operational platforms across multi-site, multi-ERP environments. Career defined by building structured planning and reporting systems that standardise operations — one number, one truth, same measures across every function. Three enterprise-scale builds: Pacific Brands Workwear Group (6 ERPs unified, group-level governance), Australian Defence Apparel (Dynamics AX, military-grade BOM management), and Saputo Dairy Australia (7-layer architecture on SAP ECC, 231 Power BI visuals, AI-augmented development). Remote since 2019. Available for hybrid arrangements with regular on-site alignment.
Experience
Senior Planner / Planning Systems Architect
Designed and built solo the DOT (Demand & Operations Toolkit) — a 7-layer planning architecture covering end-to-end supply chain visibility across 970+ materials and 14 manufacturing sites of the Saputo Australian operation. 231 Power BI visuals, 155 DAX measures, and a complete VBA + Power Query/M-code automation engine. Developed the KIM Pegging Engine for automated material allocation. Integrated SAP ECC/APO data through custom ETL pipelines. Built on personal equipment over nine years, with Anthropic Claude as engineering partner from 2024 on the later architectural layers. The system was not adopted at Saputo; the AI-assisted personal-equipment build was the integrity issue I voluntarily disclosed to corporate security on exit. The architecture is the artefact; the disclosure is on record.
Planning & Inventory Manager
Managed planning and inventory operations on Microsoft Dynamics AX in a defence manufacturing environment. Responsible for military-grade bills of material and high-value defence inventory where compliance standards and material precision are non-negotiable. Direct experience with AX platform capabilities, limitations, and data structures.
S&OP / Supply Chain Consulting
Delivered S&OP frameworks and planning process design across four mid-market businesses. Each engagement produced operational tooling and governance structures that remained in use beyond the consulting period.
Group Demand Planning Manager
Group-level appointment, three management tiers above operating level. Delivered a centralised planning engine harvesting 6 ERPs across 7 brands and multiple divisions. Automated supplier order generation across all divisions. Produced branded divisional dashboards and CEO-level S&OP decks with mandatory sign-off governance. Led multi-site planning team across VIC and NSW, extending the planning framework to New Zealand operations.
Demand Planner / Process Manager
Delivered $15M stock reduction through systematic demand planning process improvement. Developed planning tools and reporting frameworks that formed the basis for the subsequent Group-level appointment.
Customer Service → Demand Planner → OTC Procurement
Nine-year progression from customer service through to national demand planning and OTC procurement management. Managed replenishment across 15 warehouses nationally. Developed early planning tools and operational reporting frameworks.
Sales & Administration — Sydney & Wollongong
A decade across sales and administrative roles including telecommunications (Lisacom / Telstra dealer network). Foundation years establishing commercial acumen and operational discipline.
